TMS03 - PT100 Temperature + Process Time Display

The TMS03 display is a 'multi-function' display unit that combines temperature and dwell/process time functions. The main display area alternates at user programmable rate, between the temperature and process time readings.

TMS03 uses high brightness, high visibility, red LEDs arranged in a 180mm (7 inch) high digit format.

TMS02 Temperature Display

The TMS03 has two 'Trip' relays which can be programmed at the time of manufacture to monitor either aspects of the temperature and dwell time functions. The most common format is to have both relays programmed to alarm on 'Under' and 'Over' temperature functions. The 'trip-status' is indicated along with the real-time input values on the small HMI unit situated at the top of the display. All of the system parameters, including trip level, hysteresis, and analogue input, etc, can be programmed using the same HMI.

The TMS03 system employs a 'universal' input PSU, and therefore the system will accept either 110V AC or 230V AC mains input.

The display will continuously alternate at a user defined rate between showing the temperature and the process time. The process time displayed is inversely proportional to the input voltage. This allows monitoring of conveyors belts, etc. This unit is ideally suited to frozen foods manufacturers where both the temperature and time taken for the conveyor to pass through the freezer are required to be monitored.
